For those of you that have been following our progress, we have raised an incredible CAD 96,323 towards our GoFundMe! We've still got a long way to go before we can build our new shelter, but we're excited to announce that we have finally purchased the land!

Shortly after out-of-province travel was allowed, I packed up the truck and brought four of our kids to Sitmonchai. We’ve been going to Sitmonchai for over four years now, so the people there are like family. It is always an incredibly eye-opening experience for our kids to see first-hand the endless opportunities that Muay Thai offers.

Thailand is projected to suffer the worst economic recession than any other Southeast Asia country due mainly to its high dependency on global tourism. Not only has the COVID-19 affected the tourism industry, but it has also hurt the Muay Thai community, which is the number one livelihood for the poor provinces like Isaan.
